How RYG is classified reference

Every Gold member carries an Engagement Category (a GoHighLevel contact field) — Red / Orange / Yellow / Green. The colour is the band their Engagement Score (0–100) falls into:
Red
0 – 24 / 100
Disengaged / at risk. First priority for re-engagement outreach.
Orange
25 – 49 / 100
Slipping. Attendance / activity dropping — worth a nudge.
Yellow
50 – 74 / 100
Moderately engaged. Stable, keep warm.
Green
75 – 100 / 100
Highly engaged. Healthy — the target state.
How the tiles read it: each RYG tile counts contacts where Engagement Category = colour and Tag = gold membership. The category field holds today's snapshot — it has no history, which is why the trend below is built from a separate daily snapshot store.
Where the signals come from: every live session is processed by the Zoom → n8n analytics pipeline, which records each member's attendance — total_minutes, rejoins, and Zoom attentiveness_score — into the zoom_meeting_analytics store. A member's RYG band rolls those per-session signals up into their 0–100 Engagement Score.
How it's computed: the Engagement Score (0–100) and Engagement Category are calculated live inside GoHighLevel by the Engagement Score Calculator workflow, which recomputes whenever a member's cumulative attended duration changes. Band cut-offs are in production: Red < 25 · Orange 25–49 · Yellow 50–74 · Green ≥ 75. The dashboard reads these fields directly — it never recomputes them.
